Application
You need to apply online through our International Office Online Application Portal for a place at one of the partner universities abroad.
We need to nominate you as exchange student after checking your application.
After your acceptance abroad the partner will contact you directly.
The Online Portal is for study stays ONLY, not for internships.
Please select the target university and if available also the scholarship programme. Upload your documents.
If you do not have a language certificate, you can ask for one here in the Languages section of the IKKS Institute at the university.
For an ERASMUS stay
Your application for an ERASMUS stay need to be done through our International Office. We will nominate you there as exchange student.
Please upload the following documents to our Online Application Portal:
- application form ERASMUS+ or EXCHANGE STUDENT of the target university - please find it on the webpages of this university, download it, fill it in or apply there online.
- recent transcript of records - delivered by our Study Affairs Department, available also in English
- CV: example files DeutschEnglischFranzösisch
- if requested by the target university: letter of motivation (half page A4) - describe the aim of your stay
- language proofs (if you have no prrof please contact the institute IKKS of our university)
- if requested by the target university: recommendation letter of a university teacher
- signed Learning Agreement (most important document for ERASMUS stays)
