Free Mover - self organised stay
You may go abroad also as a so called Free Mover. In this case you search your place without support from us and apply on your own. Please check the web pages of Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD) where you find lots of information and advice.
You may contact also agents and organisations for support, which will charge a fee for their service. We cooperate with:
- Asia Exchange. This company places you in Asian universities. We have a contingent of 50 study places per semester and each student will receive a discount of 50 € for each of the available partner universities.

You receive support from the German Office in Darmstadt. Based on cooperation agreements between our university and US institutions you may profit from a discount to the tuition fees at some partner institutions, for example 10%. - College Contact - This company represents around 130 international universities in Germany and supports for free German students by gaining information and to applying for study.
