Rankings about internationality
Internationality is a brand mark of University of Applied Sciences Mittweida. In the first decades of the existence of the university more then the half of all students came from abroad. The internationality today bases on about 100 partnerships worldwide, forming favourable conditions for international work. Students from about 60 countries study in Mittweida. A network with more as 50 partners within the EU programme ERASMUS+ sets a framework for international mobility within Europe. International study programmes with double degrees make Mittweida an interesting place for students for studies abroad.
University Mittweida reachs repeadetly top placings in a study about the internationality of German universities. This concerns amongst others the number of foreign students and foreign graduates. The study is carried out regularly by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the Conference of University Rectors(HRK) and the Alexander-von-Humboldt-Foundation (AvH).
