Georgian National University SEU is pleased to host the International Staff Week, which will bring together representatives of partner institutions to exchange experiences, strengthen cooperation, and discuss best practices in Internationalization, Entrepreneurial, Research, and Quality Enhancement initiatives. The International Staff Week aims to: Strengthen inter-institutional cooperation and networking through experience sharing Discuss current challenges and future opportunities in internationalization Enhance collaboration between academic and administrative staff of partner institutions Who Should Attend: This Staff Week is designed for professionals engaged in the internationalization of higher education, including:

  • Representatives of International Relations Offices Erasmus+ and exchange mobility coordinators
  • Staff from entrepreneurship centers and technology labs
  • Members of career service offices Staff involved in research and international projects
  • Quality enhancement office representatives

Participation is limited to 30 participants, with a maximum of three representatives per institution.

Participants can expect a dynamic and engaging program including:

  • Presentations on internationalization strategies and Erasmus+ mobility programs
  • Interactive workshops and thematic discussion sessions
  • Best practice sharing among partner institutions
  • Networking opportunities with international colleagues
  • Sessions highlighting entrepreneurship initiatives and technology/innovation labs
  • Cultural and social activities organized by the host institution
  • Working Language: English (participants are recommended to have at least B2 proficiency)

SEU is not providing any financial support for participation. Candidates interested in participation should consult their home institutions for possible Erasmus+ KA171/KA131 funding.

Application Process: To be considered for participation, kindly complete the registration form by March 1st, 2026.

Please note that submission of the form does not automatically ensure acceptance. Selected participants will receive confirmation via email following the evaluation process.
