Blended Intensive Program (BIP) 2025 at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management

The Blended Intensive Program (BIP) 2025 entitled “Global Mindset, Local Impact: Leveraging Intercultural Skills in Management” is designed to provide students with essential intercultural skills for effective management in a globalized world.

This program is hosted by Hochschule Mittweida, University of Applied Sciences, Germany, and combines collaborative online learning with a short-term physical mobility experience. Through theoretical and practical insights, participants will explore how intercultural competencies influence management decision-making, leadership and business strategies in different organizations. The program is structured to enhance teamwork, problem solving and communication in transnational and multidisciplinary contexts. By integrating perspectives from various disciplines, including business administration, economics, communication studies and international relations, the BIP promotes a comprehensive understanding of intercultural management. The collaboration between Mittweida University of Applied Sciences, the University of Opole and the University “Dunarea de Jos” in Galati ensures that students benefit from a rich academic exchange and a variety of teaching methods.
